Pearl V Puri Case: Actor arrested for raping a minor gets bail, read full details

Pearl V Puri Case News: Television Actor Pearl V Puri, who has been in custody for the last 10 days in the case of raping a minor, has finally got bail. Pearl's lawyer in a conversation with Spotboye has confirmed that the actor has got the bail on Tuesday, June 15. The actor was arrested by the police on June 4 under the POCSO Act for allegedly raping a minor, after which he was sent to judicial custody for 14 days. Confirming the news of the bail plea, Pearl's lawyer Jitesh Aggarwal said, "Yes, we have got the bail from the Wasai Sessions Court".

Let us tell you that before this the bail petition of the actor was rejected twice since the case was registered under the POCSO act.  Pearl V Puri was brought to the Wasai Court for the first time on June 5 but his bail plea was rejected. Following the incident, Pearl was sent to judicial custody. Later Pearl had once again applied for bail, which was again rejected in the hearing on June 11. However, today when Pearl was produced in the court for the third time he got bail.
