Pearl V Puri Case: Divya Khosla Kumar shocking revelation, Calls out Victim's father behind the conspiracy, shares picture

Divya Khosla shocking revelation on Pearl V Puri Case: 'Naagin 3' fame Pearl V Puri has been arrested by Mumbai Police under the POCSO Act for raping a minor. Mumbai's Wasai Court has sent Pearl to 14-day judicial custody. After Pearl's arrest, many TV stars including Ekta Kapoor have come out in his support. Meanwhile, on social media, actress Divya Khosla Kumar has made a shocking revelation regarding the case and has claimed that the victim's father is behind all this ‘Conspiracy’ against Pearl. 

Divya has posted a long post on her Instagram, in which she has revealed the names of all those who are considered to be in violation of the law, sharing a blurred picture of mother, father and the minor (kept her face blurred).

Divya wrote in her post, “Let me introduce them to you ... this man is Anil Donde & this woman is an actress, Ekta Sharma. Anil Donde is the man who has put the charge on Pearl V Puri that he molested his 5-year-old daughter on the sets of the serial, Bepanah Pyaar produced by Balaji Telefilms 2 years ago. Anil & Ekta have been undergoing a custody battle for their daughter ... & since the last 2 years the daughter has been with Anil coz he has put a charge on Ekta claiming that since she is an actress & she took the daughter on her sets where the lead actor molested her, the daughter is unsafe with her own mother... I feel Anil Donde should be given the Filmfare best screenplay award for this plot".

She further addendum, "Now the police have arrested Pearl ... I want to know why the police did not arrest him in 2019 when this case was filed ... The reason is that In the FIR filed it was mentioned that the child was molested when she was with the mother. Pearl's name was nowhere in the FIR. (I’ve read the FIR myself when Pearl’s mother forwarded it to me yesterday when she called me for help) Ekta Sharma in her calls with Ekta Kapoor clearly says that her husband is a psychotic person, who has mentally & physically abused her, she’s got several proofs for the same, she clears the case by saying that Pearl is innocent & nothing like this happened on the sets (sic).”

Pearl V Puri arrested for raping a minor 

Earlier the Wasai police have arrested television actor Pearl V. Puri and the court sent him for 14 days’ judicial custody. He was arrested on the alleged charges of molesting and raping a five-year-old girl two years ago. 

Mira-Bhayander Vasai-Virar Police Commissionerate invoked the following charges on the actor including  IPC Sec. 376 AB and POCSO Act, 4, 8, 12,19, 21 for the rape of the minor girl.

Several celebrities showered support for the actor. Besides Karishma Tanna, producer Ekta Kapoor, actress Anita Hassanandani among others dismissed it as a false charge and showed support for Pearl.
