Adarsh Gaurav Biography:  Adarsh Gaurav has gained massive recognition for Kho Gaye Hum Kahan and The White Tiger. Kho Gaye Hum Kahan proved to be groundbreaking for two of its stars, Ananya Pandey and Adarsh Gaurav. The former was applauded for her acting evolution and the latter made an impact with an incredulous character arc which he delivered with nuance. Family & Education 

Adarsh Gaurav was born on July 8, 1994, in Jamshedpur to Satishnarayana Bhagavatula and  Padmavati Bhagavatula, a couple originally hailing from Andra Pradesh. His academic journey started in his hometown at Loyola School and took him to Lilavati Podar High School, and then Narsee Monjee College, Mumbai. He also took a break from his already walking acting and singing career to join the ‘The Drama School’ in Mumbai. 

Adarsh’s college life proved to be his helipad for a flight into following his passion for singing, which he has been pursuing as a trainee in Indian classical music for about nine years. He was a member of a Western rock music band, ‘Oak Island’ and ‘Steepsky.’  

Adarsh-the child artist as SRK 

Adarsh has been passionate about art since his childhood and has been singing and acting since his early pubescent age. He was the young actor who played the role of Younger Rizwan aka Shahrukh Khan in My Name is Khan, marking the movie Guarav’s debut in bollywood. 

Diverse and extensive filmography

Though Adarsh Gaurav indeed became a familiar face of Bollywood much later in his even after working with big names like Manoj Bajpayee, Sajid Ali, Deepa Mehta, and Huma Qureshi. Priyanka Chopra and Rajkumar Rao starrer The White Tiger brought him international and national recognition paving ways for him in Hollywood as well. 

He worked with Radhika Apte in Anurag Kashyap’s anthology film Madly in 2016. He was the male lead with Manoj Bajpayee in Rukh and also in Sridevi’s Mom both in 2017 along with shows like Die Trying, Hostel Daze, Leila, and Guns and Gulaabs. The White Tiger released in 2021 won him a BAFTA nomination for Best Actor and 2023’s Kho Gaye Hum Kahan gained him popularity. 

International Projects           

Gaurav has landed a role in Ridley Scott’s sci-fi thriller ‘Alien’ after working in Extrapolation with Meryl Streep.
