ISRO Solar Mission: On August 23, India created history after ISRO’s Chandrayaan 3’s Vikram Lander successfully landed on the south pole of the lunar surface. After setting footprints on the moon, ISRO is now preparing to launch Mission Sun to the solar surface. ISRO will launch Aditya-L1 by PSLV rocket from Satish Dhawan Space Centre SHAR (SDSC SHAR) Sriharikota on September 2.
ISRO’s Aditya L1 mission is the Indian Space Agency’s most difficult mission. ISRO Chief Scientist S Somnath stated that, following the historic achievement of Mission Moon, India plans to launch other key missions in the next three months, including Aditya L1 and Gaganyan. ISRO’s chief scientist revealed details regarding the Aditya L1 mission, saying that preparations are underway for the spacecraft’s launch in early September. The Aditya L1 spacecraft will carry seven different types of research payloads, according to ISRO. They will study the Sun for 5 years in many aspects.
