Angry Young Men: Rishi Kapoor’s Remark On Don Film was Cut From The Series

Angry Young Men: An insight into the film writing process, and film writers Salim-Javed, ‘Angry Young Men’ is now streaming on Prime Video. The docuseries is making headlines for its exclusive content and participation of many veterans. Rishi Kapoor is one such name standing out, however his scene from could not make it to the final cut. Rishi Kapoor on Don Film 

The makers of the series, Zoya Kapoor and Namrata Rao revealed that during the final edit some of their final scenes could not make it. One of them was a quote from Rishi Kapoor on Amitabh Bachchan’s Don film which he called a “trailer”. Zoya revealed that after watching the film Kapoor remarked “Is this a film? It seems like a trailer”. This remark however is not a part of the final series.
