Bail Hearing on 4 Jan

After listening to all sides, the court scheduled the bail hearing for January 4th. On December 9, Atul Subhash, a Samastipur, Bihar resident, committed suicide by hanging himself in his Bengaluru flat. Before he died, Atul left a 24-page suicide note and a one-and-a-half-hour film. In this statement, he accused Nikita and her in-laws of encouraging him to commit suicide. On December 10, a FIR was filed against four people, including Nikita, following his brother's allegation. Nikita, Nisha, and Anurag are currently detained in Bengaluru jail. However, the accused uncle-in-law was granted bail by the Allahabad High Court prior to his detention.
