As Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff are gearing up for their upcoming action-thriller “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,” Ajay Devgn is all set to narrate the story of renowned Indian football coach Syed Abdul Rahim in “Maidaan.”
Talking about Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff’s starrer “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,” the movie is being promoted in every possible way, from Tiger’s Holi prank with Akshay going viral on social media, to the duo’s unwavering level of passion promoting the movie in different states. The advance booking for the movie is now open, and the first-day ticket sales seem to fall flat as compared to the much hype the movie is getting on social media. According to Sacnilk.com, the movie sold only 173 tickets, earning around Rs 97,000. According to the report, the film had 670 screenings across the country and earned around Rs 8.4 lakh. One of the most anticipated movies of 2024, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, which stars Manushi Chillar, Alaya F, and Sonakshi Sinha apart from Akshay and Tiger, with Prithviraj Sukumaran as the antagonist.
Talking about Ajay Devgn’s upcoming biopic movie “Maidaan,” the film is definitely doing well than Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, advance booking for the film has now opened across 420 shows, with approximately 3360 tickets sold and a total collection of Rs 6.45 lakhs. Helmed by ‘Badhaai Ho’ director Amit Ravindernath Sharma, Ajay Devgn is playing the role of Syed Abdul Rahim, the legendary coach of the Indian Football team’s golden era of 1952 to 1962. Produced by Boney Kapoor, the film also stars Gajraj Rao and Priya Raj Mani in significant roles.
