Headache is the most common form of pain. It is a pain in any region of the head. There can be many causes of headache, lack of sleep, an incorrect eyeglass prescription, stress, loud noise, or tight headwear. Every second person is suffering from a headache. There are different ways to treat your headache. Some people prefer medical treatment whereas some prefer home remedies.
Ginger Tea- it has anti-inflammatory properties which can prevent headaches.
Drinking water- Dehydration can cause headaches so drink plenty of water.
Restrict Alcohol- Smoking and drinking can cause headaches so avoid it.
Take proper sleep- Lack of sleep can cause headaches so take proper sleep of 8-9 hours.
Take caffeine- a cup of tea or coffee can also prevent headaches but don't take it in excess.
