Bollywood Films 2025: The upcoming year is going to be an exciting one for the fans of Bollywood. Some of the biggest films of all time will have their most-anticipated sequels released in 2025. From Raid 2 to War 2, check out the complete list of Bollywood sequel films slated to hit theaters in 2025. 

Raid 2 

Ajay Devgn reprises his acclaimed role of Amay atnaik in the 2018 crime thriller film Raid. Raid 2 is helmed by Raj Kumar Gupta revolving around the theme of systemic corruption in the Indian administration. Joining the sequel is Riteish Deshmukh as an antagonist. The film will be released on 1 May 2025.

War 2

Hrithik Roshan will be collaborating with RRR's famed superstar Junior NTR for the sequel of the 2019 action-thriller War. 

War 2 is helmed by Ayan Mukerji marking the  6th Movie of the YRF Spy Universe. Kiara Advani and John Abraham have joined the sequel film slated to release on 14 August 2025.

Son of Sardaar 2 

Ajay Devgn’s 2012 film, Son of Sardaar was a laughter riot, bringing action, comedy, romance, and adventure all under one umbrella. Son of Sardaar 2 is the sequel of the film starring Devgn, and  Sanjay Dutt, joined by Mrunal Thakur. The film is set to go on floors in 2025.

De De Pyaar De 2 

Ajay Devgn, Tabu, and Rakul Preet Singh starrer De De Pyaar De was a fresh story on the screen that received mixed reviews from critics and fans alike. The sequel of the film will be released in theaters on 14 November 2025. De De Pyaar De 2 is directed by Anshul Sharma, with R. Madhavan also joining the film as per the reports. 

De De Pyaar De 2 will be shot from June in London and is scheduled to release on May 1, 2025.

Dhadak 2

Triptii Dimri and Siddhant Chaturvedi starrer Dhadak 2 is a story about love in a society that functions on caste differences. Bankrolled by Dharma Productions, the film is set to release on 21 February 2024.

Cocktail 2

The highly anticipated sequel of the 2012 film is reportedly in the works with Maddock Films. Names like Shahid Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, and Ananya Panday have been reported to be considered for the film. The production of the film is set to begin in 2025.
