Fernandez believes that the secret of her glowing skin is drinking a lot of water. So the first things she does after waking up in the morning is to drink plenty of water. Along with this, she also consumes a lot of antioxidants through fruits. To keep her skin glowing and hydrating, the ‘Murder 2’ actress applys ice cubes on her face and prefers cold bath as it increases endorphins, improves metabolism and increases blood circulation. For breakfast, she opts for granola, peanut butter, smoothies and pancakes.
