Doctors have also been recommended to use masks due to an increase in instances.
Saurabh Bhardwaj, the health minister for Delhi, recommended people to avoid crowded areas due to the country’s rising H3N2 and Covid-19 influenza outbreaks. He said that government hospitals see fewer instances. In addition to 8–10 additional facilities, Lok Nayak Hospital has seen 20 cases of influenza. Also, the administration instructed each area to keep an eye out for Kovid-19 and influenza outbreaks. The Maharashtra government has issued an alert to all hospitals in the state due to the increasing number of cases of H3N2 influenza. Individuals should avoid congested areas, wear masks, and maintain social distance.
