Chhattisgarh New CM: Vishnu Deo Sai Highlights His Duties Just After Becoming The Chief Minister

Chattisgarh New CM: The BJP announced tribal community leader Vishnu Deo Sai as the new face of Chattisgarh. Vijay Sharma and Arun Sao have been appointed as Deputy Chief Minister. Vishnudev Sai met with the Governor following the announcement of the CM’s name. Union Ministers Arjun Munda, Sarbananda Sonowal, and Mansukh Mandaviya were present, as was Chhattisgarh BJP in-charge Om Mathur, a newly elected BJP MLA, and others. Vishnudev Sai served in the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly from 1990 to 1998. Sai was also elected to the 13th Lok Sabha from Raigarh in 1999. In 2006, he was appointed as the party's state president in Chhattisgarh. Sai has also served as a State Minister at the Centre.

 

Vishnu Deo Sai On Becoming New CM

As soon as the announcement was made, Vishnudev Sai stated his priorities and stated which tasks he would complete first. Vishnudev Sai said, “I will try to fulfill the guarantee of PM Modi through my government.” The new Chhattisgarh government's first task will be to sanction 18 lakh houses for housing scheme beneficiaries. The new Chief Minister also said, “I sincerely want ‘everyone’s trust’. I will also fulfill the promises made to the people of Chhattisgarh.”
