Nostalgic TV Shows CID, Shaktimaan, and The Zee Horror Show Are Ready To Roll Again On Screens

TV Shows Returns:  Hindi Television is known for its influence on the audience of everyday day soap watchers. It has given some of the most popular shows to the audience that they still revisit in their free time on the internet. Three such nostalgic shows, CID, Shaktimana, and The Zee Horror Show are making a return to the screen after years of hiatus. CID 2 

The makers of the cult crime investigating show, CID have announced that the original cast of the show consisting of Shivaji Samat, Aditya Srivastava, and Dayanand Shetty will be back on screen with the sequel CID 2 on Sony TV channel. The show will return to TV screens after a 6-year-long hiatus. 

The original show CID started in 1998 and had a successful run of 20 years with several milestones won along the way. It is one of the longest-running shows on Indian TV. Much about the show is still under wraps, but the audience is very excited to relive their childhood nostalgia again with cult characters.

Shaktimaan 2 

Shaktimaan is known as the first Indian superhero who took the TV screen by storm in the 90s with his maroon and gold outfit flying with superpowers to fight the evils in the world. Actor Mukesh Khanna, known to play the titular role of Shaktiman shared a teaser of the show on Sunday to everyone’s surprise and glee. He captioned the post as “It's Time For HIM to RETURN. The Zee Horror Show 

Indian horror weekly, The Zee Horror Show aired on ZeeTV from 1993 to 2001 and gave much spook to children and adults alike. The channel recently shared a promo announcing the return of the show. 

With these 90s shows making a return to the TV screen again, the splash of nostalgia has already drenched the audience in reminiscing of simple times and engaging TV shows.
