Delhi Air Pollution: 50% Work From Home For Government Employees Allowed By Environment Minister

Delhi Air Pollution:  The national capital territory of Delhi is grappling with the ‘severe plus’ Air Quality Index further deteriorating the state of the air quality in the city. The worsening air pollution poses a threat to the health and well-being of the residents as well. As a preventive measure in such circumstances, the Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai, has announced a 50% work-from-home for all government employees. 

In an X post he wrote, “To reduce pollution, the Delhi government has decided to work from home in government offices. 50% of employees will work from home. For its implementation, a meeting will be held with officials at 1 pm today in the Secretariat”
