On Monday, an obnoxious customer was removed from Air India’s Delhi-London flight. The plane had returned to the capital to drop off the passenger. According to some sources, flight AI 111 carried around 225 passengers. The plane was returned to Indira Gandhi International Airport due to a disruptive passenger. He stated that this obnoxious person was dropped off at the airport and that the plane then took off for London Heathrow.

An angry passenger started arguing with the crew members on Air India’s Delhi-London (AI-111) flight. The uproar became so loud that the jet was forced to return. “Air India flight AI 111 from Delhi to London was immediately recalled due to misbehavior by the passenger. The passenger continued to misbehave without complaining or registering it. The passenger also assaulted two members of the cabin crew. On landing, the passenger was handed over to the security personnel. An FIR has also been registered with the police.”

Air India said in the statement, “The safety, security and dignity of everyone on board Air India is important to us. We are providing all possible assistance to the affected crew members. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to passengers. The flight time has been changed and rescheduled for this afternoon.”

This is not the first time when this kind of mishappenings occurred in planes. Last month, a passenger on an Air India aircraft from London to Mumbai was spotted smoking in the plane’s lavatory and was arrested for disorderly conduct.
