First Punjabi Artists to Perform at BC Place Stadium, Vancouver     

Most recently, Diljit became the first Punjabi singer to perform at the BC stadium in Vancouver. Not only that, he sold out the stadium to perform to a crowd of 54,000 people assembled to witness the historic moment in the Indian and Punjabi music scene.

Paved way for Punjabi Artist as first Punjabi Artist at Coachella

In April 2023, Dosanjh paved the way for Indian Punjabi artists at the Coachella Valley Festival. He pioneered as the first Punjabi singer to perform at a popular US music festival. The singer-actor was a part of the day-two lineup of the first weekend sharing space with global artists like BLACKPINK, Labrinth, and Charlie XCX.

First Indian Artist With Three Albums on Billboard Charts 

In 2021, he became the first Indian artist to have his three albums on the Billboard Charts with “Moonchild Era”- the twelfth album of Dosanjh charting the Billboard Canadian Albums Chart at #32. 

In 2020, with his eleventh album “G.O.A.T '' he was in the Social 50 chart by Billboard, later rising to the top of Billboard's Top Triller Global Chart, with a position in the top 20 Canadian Albums Chart.
