Is permanent makeup like tattoos?

Bursting many myths, and impacting foundational meaning of permanent makeup, Dr. Gupta noted that permanent makeup is not tattoo making where carbon based ink is used which is notorious for its high metal quantity. Permanent makeup on the other hand is injecting of micro pigments, that are now also available in organic and halal form as she said, to enhance the natural beauty of a person for longer time durations ranging from 3 to 5 years.
