The festival will feature buzzing Shawarma Station, Carving Caravan, Teppanyaki Junction, The Kebab Road, Wok Station, Sandwich Point, Pasta Street, Salad Marg, Dimsum Town, Ice Cream Parlour, and more, transporting visitors to Italy, Lebanon, Turkey, Egypt, Persia, Somalia, India, Indonesia, China, and Mongolia.

The festival offers 100+ dishes from various cuisines that will be served to guests on a cyclical basis. Mezze Platter, Shawarma, Sushis & Dimsums, Batu Maung Satay, Tandoori Raan, Turkish Kebabs, Vietnamese Sandwiches, Sausage Wraps, Chicken Thupka, Wok Fried Noodles, Homemade Pastas, and more will be served during the festival. A special LIVE South Indian station was also established to commemorate Marco Polo's landing on the Coromandel Coast in 1292 AD.

Mediterranean Nights: A cabana-style seating with blue and white hues; an essential part of Marco Polo's journey

The Chinese Checkers: Dedicated to Kublai Khan, the Mangol empire under whom Marco Polo served as a key official, with decor inspired by the Lantern Festival.
