Meet Himani Mor, The Wife of Neeraj Chopra, and A Tennis Player Currently Studying Abroad

Neeraj Chopra Wedding:  Ace Indian athlete Neeraj Chopra tied the knot with Himani Mor on 17 January, in a private wedding with only 40-50 close guests in Himachal Pradesh. The Javelin champion broke the news in a series of serene photos from the wedding shared on his Instagram account. Giving a glimpse of his lifetime partner, the athlete was praised for keeping the privacy of his romantic life personal, till it got permanent.

Everyone got curious about the calming beauty sitting next to Chopra in the pheras, and turns out she is also a fellow sportsperson with a rich academic background and versatile sports career. 

Who is Himani Mor? 

Himani Mor is a 25-year-old tennis player from Larsauli in Haryana. She went to the Little Angles School in Panipat for her secondary education and is an alumnus of the prestigious Miranda House College, University of Delhi. 

She completed her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Physical Education from Delhi University and moved to the United States for higher studies. She is currently enrolled in the Master of Science in Sports Management and Administration from McCormack Isenberg School of Management. 

She is also putting her Tennis skills to use as he manages the tennis team of Amherst College as a graduate assistant. 

Mor has previously worked as a part-time assistant coach at Franklin Pierce University and attended Louisiana University.

Mor’s tennis career has been notable. Her highest recorded ranking as per the All Indian Tennis Association was 42 in single and 27 in doubles in 2018.

Chopra’s uncle talked to the media sharing that the girl is from Panipat, and the two got married in a private ceremony two days back. The newlyweds have left the country for their honeymoon but Bhim has no inkling of where they are headed as they wanted to keep it that way.
