It’s not surprising that the K-Pop industry has recently grown to be one of the most well-liked entertainment pop niches. Similar to this, a number of artists want to succeed in this field due to its expanding popularity and influence.
Specifically, girls are getting more encouraged for entering in the growing K-Pop industry due to their continuous curiosity and enthusiasm by watching other groups performing on stage. ‘Aria’ from X:IN is one of the others. The female group X:IN includes Aria, an Indian girl. Prior to this, she was a part of the upcoming female group MEP-C, which was created using the Universe training system.
Aria is a 20-year-old Keralan native whose birth name is Gauthami. She is the second Indian K-pop idol, after BLACKSWAN’s Shreya Lenka, to break into the business. Her nationality and racial identity caused a commotion in Chinese and Korean societies, which contributed to her viral fame.
In the first few months of 2022, Aria — then known as Ami while working for GBK Entertainment — joined the company and registered as a trainee on Universe, GBK’s online training system. It was revealed on November 29, 2022, that GBK’s forthcoming girl group MEP-C will have Aria as one of its five members. Sadly, when her profile post was removed, she made the decision to quit the organization in early 2023.
On March 7, 2023, Aria and Nova were both identified as being a part of the female group X:IN in the lineup announcement video for the 44th K-Stage Yes or No event, where the group will play. Her involvement in the group was officially confirmed on March 8, 2023, as the fifth and final member. On April 11, 2023, X:IN released “Keeping the Fire”, their debut full-length album.
