Welcome to Jagran HiTech. In this episode, we are at the manufacturing plant of the Royal Enfield where Bullet and other 350-cc motorcycles are made. Check out the exciting journey:

Royal Enfield

The first Royal Enfield motorcycle was produced in 1901, beginning a legendary tradition. The Enfield Cycle Company, famed for creating and inventing the Royal Enfield Bullet, a motorbike design that has engraved its place in history as one of the longest-lived and cherished designs, was behind this classic two-wheeler.

The arrival of numerous motorcycle parts, purchased from vendors around the world, marks the beginning of the intricate process of building a Royal Enfield. These components are meticulously inspected and organised as they arrive at the factory before being moved to the assembly line.

The motorcycle's engine, frame, wheels, and bodywork are methodically added to at each station along the production line by talented workers and employees. Every stage of this process is carefully planned and adhered to so that every Royal Enfield motorcycle is produced with the same high level of workmanship for which the company is renowned. After assembly, the motorcycles go through a rigorous testing process to ensure their safety and dependability.
