Bajrangi Bhaijaan

Kangana also got a chance to work with Salman Khan on 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan'. Although the specific reason for her rejection is unknown, Kareena Kapoor Khan eventually accepted the role and led to the huge success of the 2015 film.

The Dirty Picture

Kangana was also the initial option for Vidya Balan’s character in The Dirty Picture, but she failed to grasp its potential. Vidya Balan eventually took up the role and gave an unforgettable performance. Kangana later acknowledged the film’s success, admitting that she did not realize the opportunity at the time.
