RS Chairman reconstitutes panel of vice-chairmen with 50 % Women MPs 

Jagdeep Dhankar, RS Chairman had reconstituted the panel of vice-chairmen with 50% of women Minister of Parliaments. Out of 8 members of the panel, 4 are women now. The four women are Kanta Kardam, Sumitra Balmik, Chandraprabha, and Mamata Mohanta. 

The world’s first portable hospital has been inaugurated in Gurugram.  

Arogya Maitri Cube, a made-in-India institution is the first ever portable hospital in the world in Gurugram, Haryana. This hospital can be established in an hour in emergencies, with the capacity to treat around 200 people. 

Samridhi Conclave inaugurated at IIT, Ropar.

A deep-tech startup acceleration drive called Samridhi Conclave was inaugurated at IIT, Ropar by Banwarilal Purohit. It has been organized by iHub AwaDH. 

India was re-elected for the IMO again. 

India has been re-elected at the Indian Maritime Organisation (IMO) with the maximum number of votes. This is India’s two-year term at IMO which has its headquarters in London. India’s reelection comes under the category of 10 states with "the largest interest in international seaborne trade.” 

Kanchan Devi becomes the first woman DG of ICFRE

Kanchan Devi has become the first woman Director-General of the Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education. She is from the 1991 batch of Madhya Pradesh Cadre. 

Ravi Gupta is appointed as the new Director-general of Telangana police. 

On Sunday, Senior IPS officer Ravi Gupta assumed full additional responsibilities as the Director General of Police for Telangana.
