Mainpuri Bypoll Result 2022: Didn't like politics yet Dimple yadav became MP thrice

Dimple Yadav has defeated BJP candidate Raghuraj Shakya in the Mainpuri Lok Sabha by-election. With this victory, SP's hold on Mainpuri since 1996 remains intact. This is Dimple Yadav's third Lok Sabha victory. SP's Dimple Yadav has 6,18,120 votes in this seat while BJP's Raghuraj Shakya has 3,29,659 votes. Dimple Yadav has won this seat by 2 lakh 88 thousand 461 votes.

Dimple Yadav had no interest in Politics

Mulayam Singh's whole family is in politics. But Dimple had no interest in politics. The main reason for this was that her father RC Singh Rawat was from an army background. No one used to talk about politics in her family located in Kashipur, Uttarakhand. That's why Dimple Yadav also had no interest in politics. But when she became the daughter-in-law of the biggest political family in the state, it was decided that she would enter politics.

Mainpuri is the stronghold of SP

The seat of Mainpuri comes inside the Yadav belt in UP. The effect of this seat also falls on the surrounding seats. It affects seats like Farrukhabad, Etawah, Kannauj, and Kanpur Dehat. All these seats belong to Yadav-dominated areas. Dimple's victory in Mainpuri will send a clear message that SP is the real party of Yadavs and Akhilesh Yadav is their leader. Along with this, meanwhile, the BJP is trying to make inroads among the Yadavs, for which the matter will become problematic.
