Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara

The new Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara is available with two powertrain options, the 1.5-litre K15C petrol engine with a mild-hybrid system and the 1.5-litre TNGA petrol motor with a strong-hybrid system. The former, which generates 102bhp and 137 Nm of torque, is paired with a five-speed manual unit and a six-speed torque converter automatic unit. An AWD system is offered only with manual variants.  The strong-hybrid version, also known as the Intelligent Electric Hybrid system, produces 91bhp and 122Nm via the ICE unit and 114bhp and 141 Nm, mated exclusively to an e-CVT unit.

The interiors of the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara come equipped with a panoramic sunroof, dual-tone black and brown interior theme, a fully digital instrument display, a 360-degree camera, HUD, a nine-inch SmartPlay Pro+ touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, ventilated front seats, HUD, paddle shifters, Suzuki Connect telematics, and drive modes.

Hyundai Creta

Mechanically, the Hyundai Creta is available in three engine options. The 1.5-litre MPI petrol engine produces 113bhp at 6,300rpm and 143.8Nm of peak torque at 4,500rpm. This engine is available in both options. The 1.5-litre U2 CRDi diesel produces 113bhp at 4,000rpm and 250 Nm of torque between 1,500-2,750rpm. The 1.4-litre Kappa Turbo GDi petrol produces 138bhp. The SUV offers three drive modes – Eco, Sport, and Comfort and three traction control modes.

Meanwhile, the S+ variant with a 1.4-litre Turbo engine offers a Smart panoramic sunroof, wireless smartphone charger, ESC, VSM, HAC, electric and auto-folding ORVMs, and more.
