Rising Coronavirus across the nation; IMA explains three main causes

Coronavirus Update: Coronavirus outbreaks are resuming in India. Corona instances have been increasing on a regular basis, and the virus is progressively expanding its foot. There are some states in the country where rising viral incidences are causing alarm. In the previous 24 hours, 5,880 new cases of coronavirus have been reported, bringing the total number of active cases in the country to 35,199.

IMA states three reasons for rising Covid

The Indian Medical Association has released a statement regarding the rise of Covid infections across the nation. According to the IMA, “The recent increasing cases of coronavirus infection in our country could be a major reason behind the nonchalant attitude towards COVID-19, low testing rate and emergence of a new variant of COVID.” People have been advised to take precautions by the IMA.

Nationwide Covid Mockdrill

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health has organized a statewide mock drill on Monday and Tuesday to assess hospital readiness across the country. On the first day of the mock drill, Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya arrived at Sharad Manohar Lohia Hospital in Delhi on Monday. During the mock drill, the Health Minister assessed the hospital’s preparations.
