Medical team reaches out to Kuno National Park as Female Cheetah gets falls ill

In Madhya Pradesh's Kuno National Park, a female cheetah has contracted a serious illness. The cheetah which was bought all the way from Namibia has been receiving special medical treatment. A medical team was dispatched from Bhopal. The Cheetah fell severely ill, but according to State Chief Wildlife Warden JS Chauhan, she is currently in good health. Let us tell you that last year around 8 Cheetah’s arrived in India all the way from Namibia. The Cheetahs were left open in Kuno National Park, MP in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.


Medical team rushes to Kuno to treat ill Cheetah

A source told Time of India that during the medical examination it was found that the Cheetah is suffering from Dehydration and Renal Disease. However, both Uttam Kumar Sharma, the field director of Kuno National Park, and principal chief forest conservator JS Chauhan denied having any serious health problems.

A senior officer was quoted saying “Sasha was looking ill. The veterinarian team checked her and found the symptoms of dehydration and renal infection. She was administered fluid and now she is doing well.”
