Pahalgam Terror Attack: Security Forces Conduct Mass Search Operation in Srinagar and Anantnag to Locate Terrorist Aides

Pahalgam Terror Attack: Following the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, security forces in Kashmir have intensified operations to dismantle terrorist networks. These actions, which took place on Saturday, included the demolition of homes belonging to people associated with terrorist activity.  Furthermore, previous terrorists and their support networks are being identified and questioned, and property searches are being carried out. 

Search Operation Continues in Srinagar & Anantnag

Authorities in Srinagar investigated 64 locations suspected of hiding terrorists. In Anantnag, 188 persons are now being probed, while roughly 2500 people from other parts of Kashmir have been summoned to local police stations for questioning. More than 24 terrorists and overground personnel in jail have also been questioned. Special checkpoints have been set up in several locations. In the previous two days, six terrorist aides have been captured carrying weapons at these checkpoints.
