Phule: Patralekha and Pratik Gandhi Talk About Their Upcoming Film

Phule in Theaters: Trailblazing actors Pratik Gandhi and Patralekha are bringing a story of India’s first reformers advocating for women’s education in the country in their upcoming film ‘Phule’. Based on the life of Jyotiba and Savitri Bai Phuli, the wedded duo who transformed the conception of girl education in the country. 

Talking about the film, the actors shared some of the most exhilarating moments from their shooting time when they could feel the characters channeling through them. The film is an attempt to bring their story to the world in the most honest way, as revealed by the actors. 

Phule will be released in theaters on 11 April.
