Early Life and Education of Sanam Johar

Sanam was born on 26th April to an affluent Sikh family in Delhi, and his full name is SanamJeet Singh Johar. His mother’s name is Kamini Singh and he has two sisters named Karishma Johar and Deepshikha Johar. Sanam has completed his graduation from the Hindu College, Delhi, with an honors specialisation in Physics. He was also a good player of sports like cricket and basketball. He completed formal training in western dance form Ballet from a dance academy in Delhi before shifting to the city of dreams, Mumbai.

Dancing Career of Sanam Johar

Sanam Johar started his dancing career with the dance reality TV show Dance India Dance where he stood as the third runner up. In the year of 2014, he again won another dance reality show of Life OK channel called Dare 2 Dance, the show was hosted by Akshay Kumar. He was also awarded the Umed Award by singer Asha Bhosle. Sanam also participated in dance reality shows like Dance India Dance Season 3, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 9, DID Lil Masters, and DID Super Moms.
