Jawan Release Date: Shah Rukh Khan drops first look of his upcoming movie, to be released on this date

Yesterday night, Jawan’s producers made a grand announcement about the movie’s release date. Shah Rukh Khan is shown jumping in a motion poster for the movie, which reads, “Red Chillies Entertainment presents, releasing worldwide 7th September in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu. Produced by Gauri Khan. An Atlee film. Shah Rukh Khan in and as Jawan.” 

Jawan Release Date

The producers of Jawan have finally revealed the revised release date for the Shah Rukh Khan movie after much rumor regarding its release. The Atlee movie will now be released in theatres on September 7 instead of its original June release date. A sneak peek of the movie was presented to the audience in a title announcement video from June 2022, intriguing the fans. It was one of three SRK films slated for release in 2023. Shah Rukh’s movie Pathaan, one of the all-time largest Hindi box office triumphs, has already made history this year. The movie brought in more than Rs 1000 crore worldwide.

Jawan’s First Poster

Shah Rukh Khan posted on Instagram last year to announce his involvement with the project: “An action-packed 2023. Bringing Jawan to you, an explosive entertainer in cinemas 2nd June 2023. In Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.”

Jawan New Poster

Shah Rukh Khan shared a brand-new video on his social media platforms announcing the movie’s release date. Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi versions of the Atlee movie will be available. The movie's initial release date was set for June 2 of this year. In the caption, Shah Rukh Khan merely said “#Jawan #7thSeptember2023.” Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara both play significant roles in Atlee’s Jawan. Vijay Sethupathi is playing the antagonist in Jawan.
