Shekhar Home on JioCinema: Kay Kay Menon led detective series ‘Shekhar Home’ is slated to release on JioCinema this 14 August. Ahead of the show’s release, the cast including Rasika Dugal, Ranvir Shorey, and Kriti Kulhari reveal their reasons for working on this script.

For Kay Kay Menon, the novel factor of this script was the investigative thriller with the tinge of comedy in it. Ranvir Shorey on the other hand was fascinated with its setting of Bengal, the genre of detective fiction and the director Srijit Mukherji and co-actor Kay Kay Menon in the cast and crew. For Rasika it was her ardent wish to work with lead actor Menon whereas for Kriti it was the comfort of working with the same producers along with the novelty of genre and her role is what sold the script for her.
