Terror Funding Case: NIA operation in Jammu and Kashmir to stop funding of terrorists | NIA Raids

Today's raid against terrorist funding in Jammu and Kashmir has been launched by the NIA. Raids are being carried out by the NIA team in Srinagar, Shopian, Pulwama, Anantnag, and Kulgam, among other areas of Kashmir. Sources claim that the raids are connected to allegations of funding for terrorism and other terrorist activities.

Why are there raids taking place?

In order to assassinate minorities and security personnel, an NIA raid is being carried out. These incidents have a connection to terrorist activity. Sources claim that the NIA has learned that these incidents are being carried out by handlers connected to outlawed terrorist organisations operating out of Pakistan. That is why investigations into possible terrorist connections are being conducted.

The home of separatist leader Asiya Andrabi lady in Srinagar was also searched earlier in the day. The NIA attached Asiya Andrabi's residence in the year 2019. Asiya is now incarcerated.

National Investigation Agency conducts raids at multiple locations in Jammu and Kashmir, in a case related to terror activities of chiefs and members of proscribed terrorist organizations.
