The now heartthrob Vicky Kaushal is an innocent chocolate boy Sanjay in the film opposite Angira Dhar essaying Karina. The film captures the crisis, ambitions, and struggles of young middle-class folks in urban cities like Mumbai, where the cost of living, the cycle of 9-5, and the responsibilities of youth cloud simple dreams.
In gist, the film follows two young people driven by a similar dream of owning their own house. The odd events lead them to fall in love, but a twist of misunderstanding causes everything to crumble. Will they be able to build a snug nest to call home?

Starring Sanya Malhotra, and Nawaazudin Siddiqui, the film nuanced captures the essence of emotions that are to be felt alone, and not marred by words. Exploring differences of culture, and class, ‘Photograph’ centers on Rafi, a street photographer in Mumbai, and Miloni, a young girl he photographs at the Gateway of India.
The familial expectations of Rafi pull the two into a pretense engagement where the two develop a bond by closely witnessing each other. A slow-paced film, ‘Photograph’ is almost a poem on camera.
