Amazon Mini TV India jumps into Korean craze

Variety reported that Amazon miniTV, the free streaming platform accessible through the Amazon Shopping app in India, is all set to dub a slate  of Korean, Turkish, Mandarin, and Spanish dramas into Hindi. The initial lineup of shows, will be made available for streaming starting July 7

As per the reports Amazon Mini Tv India will start airing K-dramas lineup from July 7 and the first batch of shows will consist entirely of titles such as "Cheer Up," "Heart Surgeons," and "Doctor Detective."

Apart from Korean, Chinese, Turkish and Spanish dramas, it has been included in the new lineup of Amazon Mini Tv. All these contents enjoys vast popularity in India in present days. Head of Content, Amazon miniTV, Amogh Dusad in a statement emphasized the importance and need of taking these steps and said “In recent times, the viewing preferences of digital video consumers in India have changed significantly. They love diversity in content offering and are looking for unique stories & captivating characters from across the world.” He further stated "We have curated a list of blockbuster shows, from Korean, Turkish, Mandarin, Spanish and many more languages, that we believe will resonate with Indian viewers.”
