5 DIY Hair Masks For Nourishment To Dry and Frizzy Hair In Winter Season

Banana Hair Mask 

Ingredients: 1 Ripe Banana, yogurt and olive oil

Process: Mash the ripe banana with 2 tbsp of yogurt and one tbsp of olive oil to make a paste and apply on your hair focusing on the ends. Let it sit for 20 minutes and then wash with tap water thoroughly.

The protein in yogurt strengthens the hair while banana hydrates and softens the hair. 

Avocado Honey Mask 

Ingredients: 1 Ripe Avocado, honey and olive oil

Process: Mash the avocado with 2 tbsp of honey and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Apply the mask on damp hair from roots to ends for 20 minutes and wash thoroughly with lukewarm water. 

The good fats and vitamins in Avocado are good for hair health, and honey helps in locking the moisture. 

Egg Hair Mask 

Ingredients:3 egg yolks, olive oil, and any essential oil

Process: Whisk three egg yolks, with 3 tbsp of olive oil and any essential oil of your choice. Apply the mask on your hair strands for 20 minutes and shampoo your hair with warm water. 

Milk Honey Mask 

Ingredients: 1 cup milk, 1 tbsp honey, and spray bottle

Process: Mix a cup of milk and a tbsp of honey in a spray bottle. Apply it as a mist on damp hair and cover with a towel or shower cap for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water for smooth and shiny hair. 

Green Tea Mask 

Ingredients: Green tea, honey, and a spray bottle

Process: Brew a few cups of green tea and let it cool down. Add a few drops of honey to the green tea and pour it into a spray bottle. Mist it on hair from scalp to strands and leave for 10 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.
