Ghee, a nutritious fat, keeps the body warm and nourishes the skin and hair; spread it on rotis or add to your dal. Apart from this, there are many warm spices that promote digestion, reduce tiredness, and help keep you warm during the colder months. These can be mixed into tea or taken with honey.
