Workout Basics: If you want to stay active but don’t have time to go to the gym, this 10-minute home workout is ideal for you. These workouts are simple to include in your daily routine, whether before or after work or at any time at home. The routine consists of five simple yet efficient exercises: jumping jacks, squats, push-ups, high knees, and mountain climbers. Jumping jacks are an excellent warm-up exercise; if jumping is problematic, begin with a step variation. Squats work the lower body, particularly the legs, and increase total strength. Push-ups strengthen the upper body and core and can be modified to include knee push-ups or wall push-ups.  

Full Home Workout 

High Knees are an effective cardiovascular workout that engages the entire body. You can do them at a relaxed speed or add a hop for more intensity. The final exercise, Mountain Climbers, builds core strength and endurance. Maintain a straight posture on your palms and move your knees toward your elbows at a regulated or quick rate. Each exercise should be repeated 10-20 times or for 30–35 seconds. These easy but effective workouts will keep you active and energized throughout the day, taking only 10 minutes.
