Black Fungus Update: Maharashtra में ब्लैक फंगस (mucormycosis) के अब तक आए 1500 Case, 90 लोगों की Death

After the coronavirus epidemic, there is a threat of Black Fungus in several states of India including UP, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Maharashtra. The increase in the number of cases of Mucormycosis or black fungus is making India's fight against the COVID-19 epidemic even more difficult. 

At such a time, Health Minister Rajesh Tope of Maharashtra said that 90 people have died due to mucormycosis (black fungus) in the state. 1500 cases of black fungus have been found so far. Of which 500 people were cured and 850 are undergoing treatment. 

The Uddhav government has issued a 9-page guideline for doctors regarding black fungus by the Government of Maharashtra. Along with this, arrangements are being made for ENT, Dentist, Eye Specialist, so that treatment will be done in one thousand hospitals. For which the entire expenditure will be arranged under Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Arogya Yojana.
