Zoya Akhtar’s Archies to release soon on Netflix, shares new poster ft. the New Generation of Bollywood
The much-anticipated musical drama “The Archies” is all set to release on OTT, with the most intriguing starcast, including Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana and Janhvi Kapoor’s sister Khushi. Directed by Zoya Akhtar, the series is the adaptation of The Archies comics. Netflix show Riverdale is also based on the comic.
The Archies Netflix Release Date
In April, the filming for “The Archies” got underway, and in May, producer Reema Kagti shared a post from the first day of shooting. Director Zoya Akhtar, who has given one of the most popular films in Bollywood including Dil Dhadakne Do, Gully Boy, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, recently shared a new poster of the series, with the most awaited star cast featuring the new generation of Bollywood industry. She shared a caption that wrote, “Take a trip to Riverdale. We have saved you a seat. Meet the Archies gang. Coming soon only on Netflix India.” However, the release date has not yet been announced.
Starcast of The Archies Netflix
Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda, Bollywood Superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan, and Late actress Sridevi’s daughter and Janhvi Kapoor’s sister Khushi Kapoor will be the new faces featured in The Archies. Along with them, fashion influencer Yuvraj Menda, Aditi Dot, actor Vedang Raina, and Indian actor Mihir Ahuja, are playing leading parts in The Archies.
