Coldplay is coming to India with the ‘Music of the Spheres’ tour? Here is all we know

Coldplay Tour India 2025 

The grandest tour ever bringing in the nostalgia of the journey of the band ‘Coldplay’ might finally be making a stop in India. With the ‘Music Of The Spheres’ album, Coldplay has hinted to make an appearance in India. 

As per the media sources, the band will be performing in India as a part of the ‘Music Of The Sphere’ tour in January 2015. Indian fans have been waiting for the moment when they could dance their heart out on the beats of Chris Martin with the team, and the man himself raised the hopes of everyone during his band’s performance in the Vancouver show in 2023. 

In 2023, the lead singer of the band, Chris Martin hinted at the possibility of Coldplay visiting the country in the upcoming couple of years. During the Vancouver show, Chris said, “One day, we’re going to tour in India. We are so excited. Maybe in one or two years.”

Looks like the day has arrived as promised by Martin. Since then the fans have been frenzied speculating when they could see the band here. Earlier the hopes were high for the year 2024, but now the speculation seems to solidify with the inside information hinting at Coldplay's arrival in India.     

Coldplay’s debut performance in India 

Coldplay has graced the stage in India multiple times including solo gigs and band performances. They were here in 2016 for an awareness and fundraiser. At the stage of Global Citizen Festival India, in November 2019, the band gave their first-ever performance in the country to raise awareness and funds to combat poverty.  

The performance was mystical as the crowd went loud and crazy celebrating music that transcends geographies and languages. The band also collaborated with A.R. Rehman on stage to sing ‘Vande Mataram’ echoed by the voices of the audience. 

Coldplay India Concert 2025 Ticket 

The ticket price for the concert varies from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 5 lakhs globally. However, no deets about the potential price ticket in India have been unveiled yet.
