Diwali Housing Schemes: DDA Announces to Sell 32,000 Affordable Houses Starting From Rs 11 Lakh

DDA Housing Scheme 2023: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will launch its largest housing project, the DDA Housing Scheme 2023, ahead of Diwali, under which interested individuals can purchase flats in Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, and Greater Noida. The project is slated to be introduced in the first week of November, at the time of Diwali. These apartments are being constructed at Narela, Dwarka Sector 19B, Dwarka Sector-14, and Loknayak Puram. The scheme includes flats and penthouses for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Lower Income Group (LIG), Middle Class (MIG), Higher Income Group (HIG), and Super High-Income Group (SHIG).

 

How to Avail The Scheme

Till now, 24,000 units have been completed, with the remaining 8,500 flats expected to be completed within six months. Talking about the prices, an EWS apartment might cost between Rs 11 and 14 lakh. LIG flat prices range from Rs 14 lakh to Rs 30 lakh. MIG apartments, on the other hand, might start at Rs 1 crore. The price of HIG flats is expected to begin at Rs 2.50 crore, while the price of Super HIG flats is expected to begin at Rs 3 crore. This scheme will be based on first-come, first-served.
