IB ACIO Recruitment 2022: Exam Date, Eligibility, Exam Pattern, Syllabus and more

IB ACIO 2022: IB ACIO 2022 Notification for the position of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade-II Recruitment has been released by the Ministry of Home Affairs. A total of 2000 vacancies are to be filled through the IB ACIO exam 2022. 

Eligible candidates can apply online on the official website for IB ACIO 2022 from January 19, 2022, to February 9, 2022. IB ACIO Tier-1 exam is expected in the month of APril. The dates are not yet released by the organisation.

IB ACIO 2022 Eligibility Criteria

IB ACIO 2022 eligibility criteria of Age, Nationality and Qualification should be met by every applicant applying for the post. Age of the candidate should be between 18-27 years as on January 1, 2022. Also, must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university. 

Educational Qualification

Those who are interested to give the IB ACIO exam must have a graduation degree from any recognized university. The final year students are also eligible but they should have a proof of passing the exam by July 1, 2022.

Age Limit

Age limit for IB ACIO 2022 is 18-27 years as on July 1, 2022. Permissible relaxation in upper age limit is 30 years for OBC , and 32 years for SC/ST categories. Upper age relaxation by category follows:

• SC/ST – 5 years

• OBC – 3 years

• Departmental Candidates – Max 40 years

• Widows/Divorced – Max 35 years

• Widows/Divorced (SC/ST/OBC) – Max 40 years

IB ACIO Tier 1 Exam Pattern

IB ACIO tier 1 exam has 100 objective questions for 100 marks. All questions will be ask from General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Numerical/Analytical/Logical Ability, English Language and General Studies sections. Each question carries 1 mark and 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer too. The time allotted for completing the exam will be 60 minutes/ 1 hour in tier 1. Total marks are 100.
