LK Advani 94th Birthday: PM Narendra Modi visited LK Advani's house to offer his best wishes on the senior leader's bday.

The senior leader of BJP and former Union Minister Lal Krishna Advani celebrated his 94th Birthday today. On this occasion Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the senior leader’s house to pay his best wishes to him. PM Modi gave a bouquet of flowers to Lal Krishna Advani and wished him happy birthday. Later PM Modi also had a discussion with former Union Minister on table. During this, Vice-President of India Venkaiah Naidu, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh were also present. 

Every year, PM Modi pays his best wishes to LK Advani on his birthday. Last year also, i.e. in 2020, Prime Minister Modi had visited Advani’s house on his birthday, during the course of which he had touched his feet and feed him cake.

Along with PM Modi, other senior leaders of BJP also wished Advani.

Lal Krishna Advani is one of the founding members of Bharatiya Janata Party. He is also a member of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh since a long time. He had also served as Union Home Minister and Deputy Prime Minister for the period of 1999-2004 when BJP led National Democratic Alliance was ruling the country. He has also rendered his services as Leader of Opposition during the 10th and 14th Lok Sabha session. He was also the Prime Minister Candidate of NDA for the 2009 general elections. He had also embarked Rath Yatra in 1990 for the construction of Ram Mandir at Ram Janmabhoomi. He was conferred with Padma Vibhushan in 2015.
