Lockdown fun games to play with family:

Since the Covid-19 cases in the nation are continuously surging, many states have now imposed curfews, lockdowns and other possible restrictions across the states to tame down these cases which are not touching skies. And now, since the orders for lockdown have been passed at most of the places, the people might face a huge hit of boredom. But, we must always take these orders of staying at home, as a new opportunity to bond with the family all over again and spend quality time with them.

Among the pending work calls and pressure from the boss, we shall not miss the fun of working from home and in a cosy environment while sitting with the people you love (though they usually make working from home next to impossible). 

Now, uncles could be easily seen in their night suits, just sitting like a lazy crocodile and gossiping about the current situation and other political matters, so, just fitting in the squad would be a bit too much. Since March 2020, ludo has been declared the national online game (just kidding). But since the first lockdown, people were left with much quality time and hence, they started playing ludo game online, which kind of took them back down the memory lane to their childhood days. 

In India, ludo is an easy game and is loved by almost everyone (only if they don’t lose).

2. Carrom:

Another great time-pass during your lockdown or quarantine period is the carrom. The game can be played among 4 people (max.) and is a part of the memories of many when they used to be kids. Carrom is a game that tests the player’s sharp aiming skills and of course, other skills also matter.

3. Tambola:

Tambola, also known as Housie is another game very popular among the kitty party aunties. But, since nowadays, no parties are being held, the game can actually prove to be such fun when played among a group of 5 to 10 players or even more.

4. Card Games:

Also considered the “Queen of Board Games”, the fan following and craze for this game is of another level. Winning the game is not a cakewalk for everyone, as the game tests the intelligence of the players rightfully. So, choose a partner, and settle yourself at a cosy place for a Shatranj Ka Khel.

6. Antakshari and Dumbcharades:

These are the games which are Mehfil Ki Jaan and can instil Chaar Chaand to every mehfil. However, playing these games will be fun only if it is being played among a bunch of people. So, people who live in a joint family can only do justice to this game.

7. Video and online games:

And at last, you can also consider playing video games or online games such as PUBG (oops., not this), Asphalt 9, Among Us, Call of Duty, Fortnite and many other popular games online and catch up with your friends whom you are not able to meet during the lockdown and your quarantine sesh.
