Malayalam Actor Minu Muneer Accuses Jayasurya and Others Of Sexual Harassment

Minu Muneer Sexual Harassment Case: Malyalam Actor Minu Muneer has voiced incident of sexual harrasment on and off the film sets after the Hema Committee report revealed shocking details of sexual abuse in the Malyalam film Industry. She has named actors including Jayasurya, Mukesh, Maniyanpilla Raju, Idavela Babu to allegedly abuse her physically, verbally and sexually.   

“He grabbed me from behind…” 

Sharing the disturbing experience of 2008, she said referring to Jayasurya, “During a shooting in the state capital, when I was returning from a restroom, Jayasurya caught me from behind and kissed. I pushed him down and ran away. He also invited me to his flat. After I rejected the invitation, there was no issue from his side”. 

She is now demanding justice for the alleged wrongs inflicted on her by the big shots of the Malayali film industry.
