Meta Releases New Video Message Feature For WhatsApp, Know What It Is And How It Work

Users may now send brief video messages using a new feature added to WhatsApp. The new tool allows users to shoot and share brief films in place of text messages, replacing the previous options of instant audio or text replies. These in-the-moment video messages can last for up to 60 seconds. These messages, according to the corporation, are end-to-end encrypted. This functionality is currently being rolled out and will soon be accessible to all users worldwide.

How to Use?

The functionality is easy to use once it is available. The voice note button will be present on the conversation tray. To enter video mode, the user must tap, then hold down the record button. Users may swipe up to lock the video and record it hands-free, just like with voice notes. When a video is opened in a conversation, it automatically plays on silent, and pressing it will turn on the sound. End-to-end encryption is used in WhatsApp notes video communications to safeguard your messages.

Only released for a few people
