Bappi Lahiri passed away;India is reeling from the shock of the sudden deaths of two of its most legendary singers. Bappi Lahiri, the evergreen musical genius, died Wednesday at the age of 69, just a few days after the nation lost its melody nightingale Lata Mangeshkar. The veteran vocalist was hospitalized at the CritiCare hospital after displaying minor COVID symptoms. The singer had a number of health problems. According to sources, the hospital's director claimed, "He died close to midnight owing to OSA (obstructive sleep apnea).
