Supreme Court Sends Notice To Samay Raina And Other Comedians For ‘Disability Joke’

National News:  Indian comedian Samay Raina is under the scrutiny of the court again. Raina, along with other comedians, including Vipul Goyal, have been sent a notice by the Supreme Court of India for making a ‘disability joke’.

A bench of Justice Surya Kant and N Kotiswar Singh has directed the Mumbai Commissioner of Police to ensure that the comedians appear before the court on the next hearing or else ‘coercive actions will be taken against them’.
