For those who are unaware of the presence of Sobhita Dhulipala in the Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu and American film industry, she is an Indian actor hailing from Tenali, Andhra Pradesh. Born on 31 May 1992, she grew up in Visakhapatnam with a Merchant Navy Engineer as her father Venugopal Rao and Santha Kamakshi, her mother, a primary school teacher.

She completed her schooling from Visakha Valley School and her college education is credited to HR College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai where she shifted at the age of 16.
Her pageantry career started with an annual Navy Ball where she won her first crown as the navy queen.
In 2013, she represented India at Miss Earth in the Philippines. Though she cou;d not bring home the crown she did prove her mettle by winning many subtitles including Miss Photogenic and Miss Beauty for a Cause. She was a part of the Kingfisher Calendar in 2014
Sobhita started in Bollywood with Anuurag Kashyap’s directorial ‘Raman Raghav 2.0’ for which she also got a Cannes nomination at Festival's Director's Fortnight for best supporting performance. Since then she has worked in multiple language films including Telugu films Goodachari (2018) and Major (2022), the Malayalam films Moothon (2019) and Kurup (2021), the Tamil two-part epic Ponniyin Selvan: I (2022) and Ponniyin Selvan: II (2023).
Her web breakthrough came with Prime Video’s ‘Made in Heaven’ in 2019. Followed by her versatile performance in Bard of Blood (2019) opposite Emraan Hashmi, Ghost Stories (2020) and The Night Manager (2023).
